We're in Southern California this weekend to attend the wedding of my good friend and fellow photographer
Mieng Saetia. I'm really looking forward to it since I'll actually be able to enjoy a wedding as a guest rather than a photographer. While we were down here, Selina made arrangements to go visit Sea World in San Diego. The kids are always fans of aquatic life, but they especially love dolphins and killer whales.
Who wants to go to Sea World?
I don't know why, but the kids can never sit still to eat a meal. During breakfast, both kids are either under the table or standing while they eat. I don't get it.I love seeing the smile on Kaylas face when she gets excited. Kristin is always a goofball.
The kids always have to have a souvenir. They both chose these huge stuffed animals. The killer whale is bigger than Kayla.
so adorable. your family sounds fun :D

AHh! That last picture was too funny! lol
ReplyDeleteAs for the fidget at the table thing - I have two daughters, too, and I have found OUT why they fidget at the table!! Yes, my friend, I have found the answer!
I was at a bar recently where we had to sit at these chairs that were high up and the chairs had no bar to put your feet, so my feet dangled the entire time - oh my gosh, it was the most annoying thing. My husband and I kept kicking each other without realizing it, and then the backs of our legs were hurting from the weight of our legs dangling - I kept fidgeting all over from having one foot on the ground and just leaning on my chair - soo, when we got home - we looked up those chairs called "svan highchairs" that have this adjustable footrest - and CHA-CHING, too expensive. So then what we did, was just hunt around the house for footstool and TADAAAA, their fidgeting at the table has now decreased by about 75 percent - they're still kids afterall, but none of this on, off, on, off, hang off the chair this way and that :)
Coley! You are definitely right. Now that I think about it, when we use a booster seat, her feet touch the seat of the chair and she doesn't move very much.
ReplyDeleteThis is the cutest picture ever. Sea world should pay you...best ever!!
ReplyDeleteI LIKE IT VERY MUCH! period.
