Crazy outfit

I don't know how Selina comes up with these outfits for Kayla. She's still a cutie though.
Kayla really enjoyed eating solid foods today. She actually lunges forward to get a bite.

Solid foods

Kayla had her first serving of solid food yesterday. We mashed up some ripened banana, and she LOVED it. Today we offered her the more traditional solid food starter, which is rice cereal. She showed a lot less enthusiasm.

Kayla has been grabbing the bottle lately, trying to hold it by herself. She still doesn't have the technique down yet, but she's getting there. Hopefully she'll be holding it on her own soon. Kristin never held her own bottle, too lazy.




She still prefers eating her hands though.


She's sitting up pretty good now too.

Kristin ate almost ALL her dinner tonight, which consisted of pork chops, cauliflower, egg, and rice. She rarely eats so much, so we rewarded her with some chocolate ice cream.

Kayla is so fascinated with Elmo, she can stare at him for a few minutes at a time without moving.
